ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?

Our clinic operates on an appointment basis. To schedule the soonest appointment with your preferred practitioner, please refer to our online booking system.

DO YOU DIRECT BILL?

Certainly! Our Registered Massage Therapists are able to bill your insurance company directly, saving you the inconvenience of paying upfront. You will be responsible for any additional costs that are not covered by your insurer. Click Here to check to see if we direct bill to your insurance company

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

To ensure that we provide you with the best possible care, all new patients at our clinic are required to undergo an Initial Appointment. During this session, we will conduct a thorough health history review, orthopaedic assessment, and any other necessary assessments. The remaining time will be allocated for treatment. This initial appointment enables us to develop a personalized treatment plan for you and identify the underlying cause of any issues you may be experiencing.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Wearing athletic clothing that allows freedom of movement is the most ideal. Expect to move during both the assessment and exercise prescription component of your Massage or Osteopathic appointment. For Sports Massage Therapy loose or spandex shorts, and a sports bra or tank top are recommended
